About - Dr Elaine Garcia has worked within Higher Education for over 20 years and holds a MBA and PhD from the University of Plymouth School of Management. Her primary research interests relate to new technology within business and education. She currently teaches within the areas of operations management, marketing, project management, leadership and logistics and regularly undertakes dissertation supervision. For the last 10 years Elaine has taught globally online as well as on-campus within the UK and Europe.
